PSNY has connected with Jordan Brand in the past. Their most recent project took place on two pairs of the Air Jordan 10s. As you can see, the Jordan 12 features a full black takeover while premium suede runs through the mudguard and uppers, something we usually don’t see on this model. From these images, you can see the PSNY branding down the tongue and printed on the insole. If you look closely, you will notice a high end suede hangtag attached to the left shoe, which probably has the info to confirm.
The PSNY x Air Jordan 12 prioritizes luxe styling over bold color-blocking or brash tones. Charcoal grey stretches from heel to toe on the smooth, buttery nubuck upper, the neutral look giving the effect of deeper-etched seams in the XII’s signature “rising sun” set-up. The model’s traditional mudguard is executed in tonal nubuck as well, less the usual pattern, and even the eyelets, liner and sole adhere to the monochromatic palette. Public School designers Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne have a longstanding connection with number 23 and the Jumpman. Building on this organic union and their on-going collaborative efforts, Public School now helps introduce a premium take on two Jordan silhouettes. The shoe is fully built with a premium suede upper that is full covered in all-Dark Grey and Black. Other details include the PSNY logo on the tongue and sock liner, finished with Public School wording on the insole.
